From the Sri Lankan central highland tea estates in Idalgashinna comes this fabulous green tea. The Ceylon green tea is a richer more pungent version of its cousins in Assam, Zhejiang, and Uji. With a darker and more malty flavor with light citrus notes, this tea is a great alternative to black teas for those who tend to shy away from the grassy notes of green teas.
